Role Overview:
We're seeking a confident and capable Credit Controller to take ownership of all credit control duties. You'll be responsible for managing outstanding debts, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely payments - all within a supportive and collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
* Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
* Maintaining accurate records of communications and payments
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in credit control
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
* Available to start immediately
