Your new role
You’ll be at the heart of their strategic sourcing function, driving best-in-class procurement practices across services and third-party supplier solutions. Expect variety, challenge, and the chance to influence real change.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading “source to contract” processes to maximise value
2. Managing supplier relationships and performance
3. Identifying innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
4. Negotiating robust contracts with clear SLAs and KPIs
5. Delivering market and spend analysis to inform strategy
6. Mitigatingmercial and contractual risks
7. Ensuringpliance with global and local procurement standards
8. Driving continuous improvement across internal and external processes
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a change agent. You bring:
9. Experience in strategic procurement roles
10. Strongmercial acumen and financial awareness
11. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
12. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and lead
13. MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) preferred
14. A university degree in Procurement/Supply Chain (desirable)
