We are currently recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Litigator based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work and the service they provide for clients.
We welcome applications from candidates with claimant or defendant experience, or Fee Earners / Paralegals with a proven track record handling pre- and post-litigation housing disrepair matters. Experience of Personal Injury would be beneficial but is not imperative.

Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- and post-litigation).
* Drafting and dealing with various interlocutory applications.
* Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
* Autonomy from instruction through to settlement.
* Handling complex cases and small claims, including fast and multi-track matters.
About You
* Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
* Target-driven with exceptional client care.
* Confident working to targets with excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
* Good knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
* Ability to provide a high level of client care and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
