1. Position: Customer Service Assistant

3. Location: Arundel, must drive with own vehicle due to location
4. Hours: Monday to Thursday (in the office) 8am to 4:30pm & Fridays (from home) 8:30am to 11:30am

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing company based near Arundel. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in Customer Service and Administration, with genuine room to grow and progress within the business.
You’ll be supporting the customer service team by processing orders, handling enquiries, and keeping records accurate and up to date. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in an additional language – such as German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese – is highly advantageous.
As a Customer Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
6. Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
7. Responding to enquiries via email and phone
8. Using Excel for order tracking, reporting, and data entry
9. Maintaining and update customer records in the CRM system
Requirements:
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Fluent in English; additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) are a plus
