Monarch Education are working with a specialist SEND school in Coventry who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school supports children from Early Years through to Year 6, all of whom have an EHCP. Staff focus on delivering a broad, balanced and personalised curriculum that meets the individual needs of every pupil in a supportive and nurturing environment.
