A luxury clothing brand is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual for the position of Administrator to support the Operations Manager and Head of Retail in their Head Office near Skipton.
Roles and responsibilities:
-Organise and manage couriers, travel arrangements and office supplies/consumables across the business
-Oversee office and store maintenance-related matters, allowing the teams to all function as efficiently as possible
-Oversee the planning and coordinate sending packaging and signage to stores, ensuring stores have assets required at the right time
-Manage staff uniform allocation across the business
-Assist in ordering seasonal garment trims within the critical path timeframes, ensuring delays are not incurred
-Helping with the logistics of the bi-annual stock takes and sample sales
-Processing of product samples each season to optimise sample efficiency and space!
Skills and experience:
-Highly organised, methodical and thorough with exceptional attention to detail
-Excellent communication and rapport building skills required with a wide variety of individuals across all levels of the business
-Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment with a proven record of prioritising and managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines
-Initiative to predict and identify issues and then propose and implement solutions
-Ability to collaborate and work as part of a wider team, whilst also being able to work alone, is essential
-Experience in providing administrative and operational coordination with acute accuracy
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
-A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude is a must
