We are a Security company based in Sunninghill near Ascot with over 40 years experience within the industry. An opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced customer service administrator to join our busy team. You will be working within a small team and need to be a fast learner who can hit the ground running. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent service administration to our customers.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers, as well as ensuring that our office administration duties are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls from customers and engineers
Booking customer's annual servicing appointments
Diary management and route planning for service engineers
Liaising with customers for emergency call-outs and logging details of the call
Maintaining our database system to keep records and logged calls up to date
Alarm monitoring centre administration
The person:
Previous experience within a Customer Service environment with good administrative skills
Good communication ability via phone/email
Confidence in dealing with people at all levels
A team player with exceptional customer service skills
Eagerness, efficiency and willingness to learn and go the extra mile when required
Able to use own initiative
Good attention to detail
Salary staring £26K, negotiable subject to experience
Hours - 08:30-17:00
