How you’ll change it up
As a Commercial Manager in our Network Build division, you’ll lead the commercial and contracts team managing contractual changes and standardizing best practices. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a gating and control system for contractual change
* Maintaining data accuracy and reporting for contractual changes
* Briefing Pre-Contracts on contractual changes for compliance
* Providing impact assessments on contractual changes
* Advising stakeholders on budgets, risks, and opportunities
* Acting as the interface for build-related contracting or commercial management initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role
You should have extensive experience in contract or commercial management, advising on contract changes, or quantity surveying. Additional requirements include:
* Managing key stakeholder relationships across functions
* Experience in dispute resolution and negotiation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets
* Knowledge of change management processes
