About the Role:
The Data Transformation Analyst will deliver health, wellness, and consumer transparency programs supporting grocery retail customers. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to make quick yet thoughtful decisions regarding Label Insight data, regulations, and trends in the CPG and grocery industries. Effective communication tailored to different audiences is essential. The analyst is responsible for understanding the capabilities & limitations of solutions, managing timelines, deadlines, expansion efforts, client support, ticketing processes, roadmaps, and documenting needs for the Product team.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain LI attribute-powered solutions, including custom attributes for clients.
2. Develop deep expertise in supported solutions to enhance data quality, coverage, and expansion.
3. Perform initial triage of hurdles and root cause analysis for client inquiries.
4. Communicate client-facing pitches and offer realistic solutions to client problems.
5. Lead industry research to understand the market and translate insights into customer-facing outputs supporting marketplace research.
6. Audit, improve, and develop internal database taxonomies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3+ years' experience in the CPG industry, either directly at a brand or retailer, or through a third-party data/technology company, consulting firm, or agency.
* Strong, polished customer-facing presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
* Comfortable learning new technology platforms (Coding, BI tools, GitHub, etc.).
* Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
