Your Role
The Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team within the Operational Care Centre (OCC) responsible for coordinating transport activities by:
* Executing bookings with partners and gateways
* Performing data entry for transport document generation
* Generating necessary documentation
* Liaising with customer care specialists to meet specific requirements (Transit Times, Carrier selection, Routings, etc.)
* Managing customer shipment coordination by securing buy rates and capacity with qualified carriers/partners or via KN gateways
All activities must comply with air transport rules, regulations, and national protocols, executed via KN operational systems.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer deliverables with care teams, partners, and suppliers for cargo transportation
* Manage operational tasks using Business Process Automation tools (BPA)
* Review and ensure shipping instructions comply with regulations, export standards, and routing information
* Report issues or disputes to supervisors or managers
* Monitor carrier and vendor performance, escalate issues as needed
* Resolve rate or performance discrepancies
* Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation for smooth transitions
