Eaton Syalon are partnering with a high growth business based in South Derbyshire who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant. This opportunity is great for a qualified individual who is looking for a Management Accounting role which will offer a clear progression route.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Ownership of head office accounting, including management accounts packs, budget and forecasting. Reporting to senior management to explain key drivers and variances
* Accruals / prepayments
* Performing fixed asset register reviews
* Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting the FP&A Lead with budget and forecasting
* Supporting with consolidating the management accounts produced by regional teams and submitting to Group Finance team
* Stock reconciliations
* Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
* Line management of Assistant Management Accountant
Person Profile:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
* Strong Excel skills
* Previous management accounting experience
* Large business background/exposure
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business
* A driven/ambitious individual
* Great for someone who is keen to line manage staff members
