We are currently looking for a talented and professional Lebanese Chef to join our team at our busy pub/restaurant. The ideal candidate must be passionate about authentic Lebanese cuisine and able to deliver high-quality food every single day.
Requirements:
- Expert in preparing all kinds of Lebanese Grills (meat, chicken, and kofta) to perfection.
- Highly experienced in cooking traditional "Dish of the Day" / Daily specials (stews, oven dishes, and home-style cooking).
- Full knowledge of Mezze, salads, starters, and main courses.
- Strictly follows Food Hygiene & Safety standards at all times.
- Keeps the kitchen clean, organized, and well-managed.
- Hardworking, reliable, and works well under pressure.
