Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and professionalGatehouse Receptionistto work night shifts at our site inNew Mills (SK22). This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly trustworthy, and able to work independently during night hours.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regular patrolling of the site
2. Monitoring CCTV systems
3. Assisting with site search procedures
4. Answering incoming telephone calls
5. Providing first aid cover and assisting emergency services when required
6. Helping to coordinate emergency situations
7. Receiving deliveries, including tankers and parcels
8. Booking in visitors and contractors on arrival
9. Completing essential documentation (absence records, key logs, etc.)
10. Issuing and recording keys in and out of the building
11. Controlling access to offices, buildings, and gates
