If you're a Fully Qualified English Teacher with a passion for unlocking potential through language, we’d love to hear from you. TP Tutors is looking for a confident, compassionate educator to support young people in Tattershall and the surrounding area who need that extra push — whether they’re tackling Shakespeare, persuasive writing, or just trying to believe they can.
Role Highlights:
* Deliver 1:1 or small group English tuition across KS3–KS4 (some KS2 possible)
* Support learners with gaps in comprehension, structure, confidence or curriculum access
* Work in schools, homes or community settings — sessions built around your availability
* Flexibility around full-time, part-time or ad hoc work
* Referrals may include SEND, SEMH or pupils on reduced timetables
What You’ll Need:
* QTS or equivalent
* Strong curriculum knowledge in English (Literature & Language)
* Creative and relational approach to planning & delivery
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
* Up-to-date safeguarding
* Driving licence beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
