Job Description
We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted partner to leaders and operational teams, bringing structure, clarity, and expert guidance throughout the mobilisation lifecycle.
The P&C Manager will ensure processes are well-governed, risks are managed, and all stakeholders remain aligned from project kick-off through to steady-state handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all TUPE activities for new contracts, renewals, and service transitions.
2. Develop and maintain end-to-end mobilisation plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and resource requirements.
3. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams such as operations, finance, payroll, and benefits to ensure timely delivery.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders throughout mobilisation.
5. Monitor progress, track risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and drive solutions.
6. Ensure all TUPE documentation and governance requirements are completed to a high standard.
7. Facilitate smooth handover to operational teams, ensuring they are fully equipped for steady-state operations.
8. Build strong, professional relationships with Unions, demonstrating transparency and a solutions-focused approach.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Proven experience leading mobilisations, demobilisations, project delivery, or operational transitions in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
11. Strong project management skills with experience creating and executing detailed plans and identifying risks.
12. Experience in facilities management, operations, commercial, or service transition (desirable depending on organisation).
13. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and manage complexity.
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
15. Ability to build strong partnerships with operational teams, leaders, and support functions.
16. A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly.
17. Experience embedding best-practice processes and driving continuous improvement.
