As the friendly face our clients rely on, from the first enquiry to the final toast, you will guide couples around our wedding spaces, help families plan celebrations, work with our Chef on event menus, and coordinate everything from AV and layouts to suppliers and safety. On the day, you’ll bring it all together, overseeing set‑up, leading the team, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. What You’ll Do Plan and deliver a wide range of events from start to finish, including weddings, parties, concerts, tours and corporate functions Coordinate all event logistics — schedules, layouts, AV, catering, equipment and safety requirements Be the main contact for clients, hosting show‑rounds and building strong relationships Work with our Chef and internal teams to shape menus and event details Attend wedding fairs to showcase our venue and meet engaged couples Lead on‑site set‑up, delivery and break‑down, ensuring every event runs smoothly Support the day‑to‑day running of the Visitor Centre and act as Duty Supervisor when needed Collaborate with Marketing, Safety and Facilities teams to keep our events programme running to a high standard Manage bookings, documentation and enquiries, and support continuous improvements to the guest experience Why Join Shepherd Neame?
