Job Title: Youth Support Worker
We are seeking both experienced and new Youth Support Workers to deliver open access youth work sessions during the evenings for young people aged 10 to 19.
Current sessions available are:
* Monday 6pm to 8.30pm
* Tuesday 6pm to 8.30pm
* Thursday 6pm to 8.30pm
* Friday 6pm to 8.30pm
Youth work can be a challenging role and requires a positive and reliable individual. If you believe this role is suitable for you, we invite you to apply.
We are seeking candidates who can:
* Build positive relationships with young people aged 10 to 19.
* Work as part of a team to deliver and manage positive activities during sessions.
* Complete training, including induction and Level 2 Youth Work qualification (which involves approximately 9 Saturday sessions and some online and in-person evening training).
* Respond flexibly to changes during sessions and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
* Act as a positive role model to young people.
