Within the Service Support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
Open, track, and close service tickets.
Resolve ticket-related queries and escalate to suppliers if needed.
Communicate with customers about purchase orders and service details.
Work with internal tech teams and external suppliers to ensure service levels.
Raise customer invoices.
Review supplier purchase orders and sense-check billing reports.Perks of the Role;

Weekly Pay
£13.90 per hour
