- Valerian Court Care Home Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Mixed
- Days & Nights Contracted hours: Full Time and Part Time Valerian Court is a newly-built care home in Didcot, Oxfordshire, providing exceptional Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 70 residents.
Located in a welcoming, friendly environment, the home ensures every resident receives compassionate, person-centred support to live well, with dignity and purpose.
We are looking for kind, dedicated Care Assistants to join our supportive team.

What We Offer £12.21 per hour Full-time or part-time hours available Paid breaks Pension, paid DBS, and uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Ongoing training and development, with genuine career progression opportunities Your Role As a Care Assistant at Valerian Court, you will be a vital part of our care team, supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised.
You will help residents get dressed, eat, stay active, and enjoy social interactions, while providing compassionate, personalised care that makes a real difference every day.
