Legal Assistant/Secretary
We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our firm in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and initiative in a role that covers a variety of duties. A flexible approach to work is required.
The role will involve audio typing, producing and amending legal documents using digital dictation, acting as the main point of contact for clients, undertaking general administrative duties, and managing diaries.
We expect applicants to have previous experience working as a Legal Assistant/Secretary, be fast and accurate audio typists, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates should have a flexible approach, work independently, manage their own time, prioritise tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
