As a Senior Assistant Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial support across a diverse Business Portfolio or across multi‑disciplined Integrated Capture / Delivery Teams as required in accordance with the established commercial strategy. You will contribute to our Business Winning strategy, which includes all aspects of legal (T's and C's), pricing, Intellectual Property and negotiation, as well as effective and efficient contractual management of contracts within the portfolio.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for all aspects of commercial support including customer bidding and contracting, risk management, change control, contract and document drafting, and dispute resolution.
* Use commercial acumen on tenders and a variety of contracts which range from standard to typically non‑standard, of medium to higher complexity, or supporting senior commercial staff on major projects or campaigns.
* Manage your own project portfolio and demonstrate general commercial acumen on tenders and contracts.
* Demonstrable experience in supporting negotiations.
* Good experience influencing pricing strategy (pay, performance and incentivisation).
* Hold a university degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience.
* Accredited to, or willing to work towards, IACCM (WCC) member status or higher, or MCIPS qualified.
