Your MissionAs a Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our clients and our delivery teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, capture and analyse requirements, and translate them into actionable insights that drive real-world impact. What You’ll Do• Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements.• Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation and user stories.• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to shape innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps.• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.• Contribute to business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.• Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle.• Support bids and proposals, bringing insight and clarity to client challenges. What You’ll BringWe’re looking for individuals with a blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for national security. Ideal candidates will have knowledge in some of the following:• Experience as a Business Analyst in secure or complex environments (e.g., Defence, Intelligence, Law Enforcement).• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).• Experience with business process modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management tools.• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Romsey - You’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.There is an expectation that a proportion of your time may be spent working on client sites in the London area.
