SAP / IT Contract Recruitment Consultant
Location: UK-wide (Harrogate / Hybrid / Remote)
Package: £50-60k base (guideline) + high, uncapped commission (salary completely negotiable dependant upon experience)
The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT / SAP contract recruiter to join a high-performing specialist with ambitious growth plans.
You’ll own your own desk, with the freedom to build and grow a profitable SAP / ERP contract book across the UK and Europe, backed by a strong brand, existing relationships and proven delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow a personal contract book in the SAP / ERP / IT space
* Identify and win new business – targeting end-users, consultancies and partners
* Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
* Maintain close contact with contractors and clients, maximising renewals and extensions
* Track contractor and client movements to identify new openings ahead of the market
* Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and Europe on cross-border opportunities
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools and market approach
Ideal Experience
* Proven success as a contract recruiter in any of: SAP, ERP, IT, technology or a similar technical market
* A track record of building and maintaining a profitable contract book
* Comfortable working full 360 – BD, client management and delivery
* Experience in SAP / ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Netsuite, etc.) is ideal, but strong IT contract experience will also be considered
