A wonderful private nursery in Camden is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Room Leader to support their Room Leader in creating a warm, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a small team of practitioners
* Creating and delivering inspiring activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers
* Overseeing key children’s progress and maintaining high standards of care
* Supporting with planning, record-keeping, and staff mentoring
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a nursery or leadership role (or ready to step up!)
* A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Deep understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and child development
* A nurturing approach and a passion for helping children (and colleagues) thrive
