We love real cooking, and so do our customers. As a Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, leading and engaging the kitchen team to deliver excellent service across 14 shifts per week.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely, managing stocks, health & safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile
* Current Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager seeking career advancement
* Experience with fresh ingredients and good kitchen skills (prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* Proactive, leading by example, committed to high standards
* Driven and focused on overcoming challenges
* Knowledge of KPIs, decision-making in absence of Head Chef (labour, stock, food safety)
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders (Ops Chefs and Managers)
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, recruitment, HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff
