3rd Line Support Engineer / Stratford-Upon-Avon
Are you an experienced IT professional with advanced troubleshooting skills and a passion for resolving complex technical challenges? We’ve partnered with the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services, who are seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide expert-level support for up to 400 staff, acting as an escalation point for intricate IT issues alongside the support team.
* Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems, ensuring adherence to SLAs and minimal downtime.
* Lead and contribute to high-level technical projects, including infrastructure maintenance and optimisation of their Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and beyond).
* Drive cybersecurity initiatives, support ISO 27001 compliance, and enhance business continuity strategies.
* Mentor junior team members and spearhead innovative improvements to IT processes and systems.
* Manage escalated Service Desk tickets with precision, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Who You Are:
* You bring 4+ years of IT support experience, with a strong background in 3rd line support and advanced troubleshooting.
* You’re a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in both technical and collaborative environments.
* Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is essential.
* Experience with SQL, Endpoint management, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of networking and infrastructure is a significant advantage.
