Lead end-to-end subcontract management, from requirement development to selection and negotiation
Manage documentation, reports, and subcontractor performance against key milestones
Negotiate contracts and resolve issues, ensuring full compliance and quality delivery
Identify risks and manage variations to mitigate impacts
Occasional travel to supplier sites in the UK and overseas
Strong background in subcontract, commercial, or project management
Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. engineering, procurement, project management)
Knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, or optical commodities
