Support Officer- Supported Housing- Carlisle
Are you a passionate Support Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Support Officer to work in our client's Supported Housing service based in Carlisle.
Pay Rates: £12.21 - £14.48 per hour umbrella rate
Information the Role
Please note: This is NOT a care role.
This position is approximately 80% administration-based, so strong IT and organisational skills are essential. The role involves supporting vulnerable young people and adults within a supported housing setting, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with safeguarding standards, and contributing to a safe and structured environment.
What you will be doing
* Completing detailed administrative tasks and maintaining accurate case records
* Supporting residents with tenancy-related matters and general guidance
* Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
* Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
* Promoting a safe, trauma-informed environment
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong IT and administrative skills
* Experience supporting vulnerable people
* Safeguarding Adults & Children (essential)
* Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce)
* Trauma awareness
* Mental health experience
Ideal Background
This role would particularly suit candidates with experience in:
