Apprentice – (Corporate Responsibility) CR Systems Administrator

We are recruiting for an Apprentice to join our talented Corporate Responsibility Systems team based in Hoddesdon. This role offers the chance to support VW UK business units and shared services with the implementation, training, and use of software systems and Power Apps related to Corporate Responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Support the VW UK business units and shared services as directed by the CR Systems Senior Manager
* Provide direct support to projects as and when required
* Support Business Unit Super Users in their understanding of the systems
* Contribute and continually improve knowledge base of CR related systems
* Monitor and maintain SLA performance of software providers, seeking opportunities for improvement
* Conduct regular checks on system functionality to ensure it is performing in accordance with expectations
* Provide relevant information for any internal monthly reports and meetings
* Ensure systems widely used across the Business - EcoOnline, MSite, and Sevron Safety365
About You
Applicants will ideally have or be on track to achieve A-levels/BTECs in Business or ICT. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be proactive, an innovator and a team player. Ideally, you will hold a full UK driver’s licence. The role is based at our Hoddesdon office, with ad-hoc travel to sites across the UK.
