Accessories Co-ordinator
* Salary: Dependent on experience
* Permanent, full-time
* Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accessories Co-Ordinator to join our fast-paced Accessories Business Unit (ABU). This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining dealer liaison, research, and marketing support, with exposure across the full accessories’ product lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Centre Network, maintaining our online accessories presence, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Core responsibilities
* Managing Centre Network relationships, providing feedback and support via Compass
* Coordinating network communications, highlighting key focus areas and new product launches via Source
* Managing the vehicle portfolio for online platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date (CarDB / Car Configurator)
* Maintaining accurate and timely network and industry price lists
* Creating and maintaining Accessories Catalogues for both network and customer use
Additional responsibilities
* Raising departmental purchase orders
* Managing rebate processes
* Processing internal orders
What we’re looking for:
Essential
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong work ethic, organisation, and time-management skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt as the role develops
Desirable
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Automotive industry experience or knowledge
* Experience working in a corporate environment
* A genuine interest in the motor industry
