Your Responsibilities:
Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Web Chat.
* Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
* Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
* Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
* Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
* Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
* Multiple chats
What Are We Looking For?
* Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service
* Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
* Punctual And Conscient.
* Good Attention To Detail.
* Web Chat experience
* Fast typing Skills
Hours:
* 40 Hours per week.
* Monday - FridayFully Flexible
Salary:
* £12.75 per hour
* Paid fortnightly
Requirements:
* At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience Ideally within web chat
* Full Time Availability
* ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate)
* Immediate Start
* Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful.
