What we’re looking for...
An experienced on-trade operator with their finger on the pulse in and around London. You will have a good knowledge of RTMs that are South East focused and the customers that drive their business, and, more importantly, how to unlock and develop this for FUNKIN. You will need a keen eye for opportunities and the skills to unlock them through relationship building and commercial awareness.
This role would suit an NAE or equivalent operating in London and the South East looking to take your next step in sales with an exciting and entrepreneurial business.
Your responsibilities will include...
1. Maintain and grow an existing account base with both Route to Market and Key London Multiple Groups
2. Identifying and developing the best new account opportunities within the London On-Trade
3. Driving the distribution and development of the full range of FUNKIN products
4. Building partnerships with our on-trade customers to grow the category through cocktail creation and menu development ideas
5. Negotiating agreements and implementing JBPs with customers that drive cocktail category growth and maximise ROI
6. Working in partnership with key RTM customers primarily in London to identify new business opportunities
7. Managing P&L, forecasting and internal accruals for your account base
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
8. Demonstrable experience selling to the On-Trade - in both Route to market and On Trade customers.
9. Recent experience of a London account base would be hugely advantageous and able to establish yourself as the London-Face-of-FUNKIN!
10. Ideally you will also have a good working knowledge of cocktails and mixology as you’ll be speaking to the best bar operators, and they know what they’re talking about when it comes to cocktails!
11. Connections with key RTM customers will also be advantageous.
