Zunikh is a privately-owned developer who deliver high-quality, affordable, and design-conscious residential for-sale schemes, as well as schemes across all sectors. Other current schemes include a 489-bed PBSA development, a 30-acre industrial scheme, and a number of PD schemes. Based in their office in Watford, you will be travelling to sites as needed, on a hybrid basis.
What does your role involve?
* Bringing in deals direct to vendor, through agents and friends in the industry.
* Undertaking due diligence, development appraisals and feasibility and viability studies.
* Managing pre-apps and planning applications through the development process, supported by external planning consultants.
* Discharging of conditions and dealing with RMAs.
* Managing stakeholders, external consultants and building strong relationships with local authorities.
* Taking sites through to delivery stage – passing to Project Manager colleagues, but working in conjunction with them on costings and construction throughout the development lifecycle.
* Rolling your sleeves up to get involved with a variety of tasks as the role and business grows!
What skills do you need?
* Have experience in a developer, public body or housing association.
* Have experience in managing developments through the planning, development and pre-construction stages.
* Be sector agnostic and opportunistic in nature.
* Excellent communication, written and numerate skills.
