They are now hiring for a brand new role, a CRM Manager, to lead and manage their high-tier email clients.This role will suit experienced CRM Manager from an eCom brand or someone who has worked for an agency on their top tier email clients!About the Role:Strategic lead for 4-5 key accounts within the agency.Build strong relationships and be your clients key POC, ensuring exceptional service and performance.Project manage and delegate to a small creative & implementation team.Report back to your clients on person and strategy and lead the communication.Work closely with third-party software to analyse and report on performance (Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Google Analytics).Attend and host workshops to upskill CRM Managers, Head's of CRM etc.About You:Experienced CRM Manager with client side experience or +2 years working agency side on their top email clientseCommerce experience is essential - strong understanding of eCom strategy and customer retentionAdvanced Klaviyo experience - advanced segmentation, reporting, list cleaning, custom propertiesExperience putting together advanced customer journeys for mid-tier+ brandsVery comfortable with data analysis - Google Analytics, Klaviyo custom reportsStrong relationship building skills/client management experienceExperience managing brands turning over £10M annually or over 1M subscriber listBenefits:Commission scheme based on client retentionApple Mac LaptopTraining & Development budgetCareer progression opportunitiesFlexible working environment - 1-2 days in officeIf you are interested in this role, apply now or send your CV directly to laura@cranberrypanda.co.uk
