This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role with real impact, supporting a dynamic international group that thrives on innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision making.You'll play a key role in strengthening the quality of financial reporting, enhancing core accounting processes, and supporting the continued development of our global finance systems. Working closely with teams across multiple countries, you'll gain exposure to diverse reporting requirements, indirect tax regimes, and a wide range of commercial stakeholders. Duties cover: Preparing and posting monthly journals to support accurate and timely management accounts. Reviewing invoices prior to posting to ensure high-quality financial data. Acting as a business partner to teams across the organisation, building strong relationships and understanding key financial drivers. Supporting indirect tax submissions and national statistics reporting. Ensuring all month-end entries and reports are completed with precision and on schedule. Collaborating with operational teams to document processes, understand system impacts, and identify opportunities for improvement. Driving continuous improvement within your remit, championing efficiency and clarity. Adapting positively to change and offering practical, solutions-focused support to the wider business. What you'll need to succeed Experience with Oracle NetSuite (highly advantageous). Part-qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA (preferred). Strong Excel capability, including confident use of formulas and PivotTables. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
