We have vacancies for a self-motivated person to join our small but dedicated team. Catchment Sensitive Farming Advisor (CSF) 4.5 days a week. Starting salary £27,000 to £33,000 pa You must have a good understanding of CSF practices and agri-environmental schemes. BACKROUND INFORMATION Natural Enterprise carries out a variety of functions all related to the economic development and environmental enhancements on the Isle of Wight, focusing specifically on the natural environment and rural economy. It does this through a ‘multi-agency’ approach, working closely with partners such as the Isle of Wight Council, Environment Agency, Natural England, Royal Isle of Wight Agricultural Society, and other public and private bodies. This role will be fully supported by Natural England and Southern Water and training and development, and project planning tools, advice campaigns and services will be available. CSF delivers Defra’s Environmental Improvement Plan (EIP) ambitions for water quality, air quality (ammonia) and sustainable water management through nature-based solutions.
