Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Maintain accurate credit records for customers.
4. Ensure timely collection of payments.
5. Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
6. Process credit applications to establish new client accounts.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to enhance financial procedures.
8. Regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures.
9. Report on aged debt and customer credit limits.
10. Assist in the month-end duties and corporate reporting requirements.
