About the vacancy:
As our new People Project Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Hedyn's People function. Leading key workstreams across Reward, People Systems, and organisational reshaping, you'll ensure meaningful change is delivered effectively and with strong stakeholder engagement. You'll be the central HR voice within the Hedyn Project team - driving progress, supporting colleagues, managing risks, and keeping our organisation informed and engaged.

We're seeking someone who is:
Confident operating across multiple HR disciplines, from employee relations and performance to, change, talent attraction, system development, reward and much more.
Comfortable navigating competing demands with sound judgement and a solution-focused mindset.
Experienced in contributing to the strategic direction of the team as well as operational delivery.
Able to build strong relationships at all levels and work closely with colleagues throughout Hedyn to drive positive outcomes.
Passionate about modern, progressive HR practice and eager to contribute to continuous improvement.

The role will work closely with colleagues in the People Team as well as with Hedyn's Project Management Team. This is not a project management role, rather it is best described as a Senior HR Practitioner role with a focus on project delivery. PM support will be provided by our in house team and this role will be the lead HR resource across a wide range of projects and workstreams. Projects will be delivered on time and within budget and we will ensure that our colleagues grow as a result of their involvement in the work
Specifically, in the role you will:
Collaborating with the Hedyn Project team, and the People team, to deliver an existing project plan focussing primarily on the areas of: Reward; Systems; and the Reshaping of Hedyn teams. In future People Projects will include. Talent attraction and employer branding, workfoce planning, technology-HR System, data, user experience, recruitment and on-boarding, retention, reward and benenefit review and development and off boarding
Operating in a pivotal role on the Hedyn Project team, acting as the primary HR representative.
Collaborating with the Head of People Solutions and the Hedyn Project Manager to ensure that people remain engaged in the workstreams
Supporting the Project Manager to assign tasks and roles based on strengths, and capacity
Serving as the main point of communication, providing status updates to the People Leadership team and to the wider organisation.
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation plans, and managing issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Being flexible to take on additional responsibilities that are in keeping with a role of this level and an organisation at Hedyn's stage of development
