What you'll do:
* Lead and manage a front and backend development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
* Be a leading voice in team discussions and decisions
* Propose and develop technical solutions
* Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
* Engage and ensure the code quality
* Deployment of incremental software releases
What you'll need:
* University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
* Proven experience in leading role.
* Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Experience backend development with Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot
* Familiarity with event-driven and micro-services architectures and its best practices
* Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure Cloud)
* Experience with Postgres and Mongo databases
* Experience in BFF pattern
* Experience with micro-frontends pattern is a plus
