We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Services Professional to join our team, where you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality clinical care and services, including the preparation of drugs and medicines.
Providing expert advice to patients and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products.
Ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date, and that medication management is effective.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Organising the provision of pharmacy services, including ordering and stock control.
Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and services.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified with a MPharm, BPharm or BSc (Pharm), or equivalent EEC qualification.
Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
At least 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English maths and science or equivalent qualifications.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills.
Demonstrated Computer skills.
