Vertu Ford Stoke
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Ford Stoke. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required.
We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme. After 6 months you can transfer to a Sales Executive role (if you wish), taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.
You’ll work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), most Saturdays, and have a guaranteed day off during the week. The showroom is closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities
* Support customers through their entire car‑buying journey, including arranging test drives, selecting finance and guiding through accessories.
* Engage customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video nationally and locally.
* Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.
Qualifications
* Full driving licence (manual and automatic).
* Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service/sales‑led field is a plus.
