Infrastructure Engineer - SC Cleared
HPE / Storage / Windows / VMware / SCCM
£430 per day. Inside IR35
Location: Nottingham – 5 days Onsite
Contract: Initially 3 months, potential extensions
About the role
We're supporting a consultancy client within the public sector to hire an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join a critical transformation programme. This is a hands‑on technical role supporting both BAU operations and project delivery, with a mix of onsite and remote work (when on call). Due to the nature of the client's work, you must have active SC Clearance to do this job.

* Rate: Up to £430 per day – Inside IR35
* Location: Nottingham – onsite
* Clearance: Active SC clearance essential
* Bonus on‑call allowance
What you'll be doing
* Providing front‑line support and troubleshooting across infrastructure.
* Supporting HPE OneView and Synergy – must have HPE Storage experience.
* Working across a broad tech stack, including:
o Windows Server 2012(R2), 2016, 2019
o Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper‑V
o Active Directory, SCCM
o Cisco networking
o HPE Servers
* Working closely with stakeholders to deliver key infrastructure projects.
