Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Temp-to-Perm)
Hours: 42.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 0700-1500 (flexible)

Join a leading gas company in Caernarfon as a Yard Operative, where your main focus will be supporting daily yard operations using a Counterbalance Forklift, with some admin work as needed to support the on-site office. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors while also contributing to efficient logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move, load, and unload gas cylinders and materials.
2. Keep the yard clean, organised, and running efficiently.
3. Support with stock control and movement tracking.
4. Carry out admin tasks such as data entry, delivery mapping, customer and client liason.
5. Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
6. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
✅ Previous yard, warehouse, or logistics experience
✅ Basic admin and IT skills
✅ Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work
✅ Reliable and team-focused
