An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Facilities Management Services team.
The team supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support across the organisation, including:
 * Finance and invoicing transactions
 * Post room duties
 * Building management support such as meeting room co-ordination
 * Reception facilities
 * Other administrative support
You will have good experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment, and a flexible approach to work.
The role requires someone with experience of working on a busy reception, or in a customer facing role, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and in response to a busy and changing environment.
Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.
This role is part‑time working 5 hours Monday‑Thursday and 4 hours on a Friday, based at council buildings in Scunthorpe.
