What you'll do
1. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with appropriate individuals throughout the process such as Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance and Sales teams
2. Opening of service requests, dispatching corrective repairs/preventative maintenance work orders in a timely manner
3. Invoicing of service interventions
4. Dispute Handling
5. Deep dive into stock discrepancies and follow up
6. Physical Inventory support
7. Activating contracts within in-house systems
8. Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain and improve the quality of service
9. To provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external
10. Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
11. Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers.
12. Ensure the above responsibilities are implemented in accordance with agreed service level and standard operating procedures.
Provide the following specific support for customers:

15. Closing service requests
16. Monitor and follow-up on customer queries

Who you are
17. Written and oral fluency in English (an additional European language German)
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
20. Problem solving skills, initiative, proactive / pre-emptive and strong attention to detail
21. Competent MS Office skills and be comfortable working with different systems
22. Previous client and customer service experience
23. Ability to work well in a busy customer service environment
