Job Title: Customer Support Co-ordinator Location: Thurnscoe
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30 (40 hours per week)
The Role Based at our Thurnscoe depot, the Customer Support Co-ordinator plays a key role at the heart of our operation. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, combining excellent customer service with strong operational coordination to ensure every hire runs smoothly from start to finish.
Relationship building is central to this role. You will manage the full hire journey from taking customer orders, through to arranging delivery and collection working closely with colleagues across the depot to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
On a day-to-day basis, this is a desk-based role where you will work collaboratively with stock teams, drivers, engineers, and sales colleagues. Clear communication and teamwork are essential, as you help minimise delays, ensure equipment availability, and keep customers informed every step of the way.

What Youll Need to Succeed To support you on your journey to success at Speedy, were looking for someone who can bring:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written

A flexible and adaptable approach to changing customer and operational needs

A genuine commitment to learning, developing, and growing within the role

A full driving licence

Previous experience within the hire industry or a similar sales or operational role (desirable)
