Salary: £35,000-£44,000 OTE

What you’ll be doing:
1. Own relationships with key customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and new business.
2. Lead school leaders through recruitment processes using a consultative approach.
3. Call schools and build your pipeline.
4. Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve efficiency and value delivery.
5. Be adaptable; no two weeks are the same, and a proactive attitude is essential.
