Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations
* Design and implement menus focused on nutrition, flavour, and scalability
* Maintain consistency and efficiency across daily food production
* Manage food costs, ordering, and stock control
* Recruit, train, and motivate a small kitchen team
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* Strong background in catering, production kitchens, or dark kitchens
* Proven ability to deliver quality at volume
* Organised, reliable, and solutions-oriented
* Genuine interest in health, nutrition, and food innovation
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
