Mensa ICS - Test Team Leader (TTL)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To provide technical and engineering team leadership
* To be able to read, interpret and work from vendor documentation, project drawings, schematic diagrams and equipment manuals
* Lead the technical and quality requirements on projects
* Establish positive working relationships with immediate supervision and personnel departments
* Ability to read, understand and follow ALL safe systems of work
* Identification of project opportunities and variations
* To provide health and safety leadership by example
FUNCTION:
* Undertake or manage site surveys as required
* Undertake or manage Toobox talks within the team as required
* Develop test specification & design testing methodology with the team
* Develop site work documentation with team input as necessary (risk assessment, method statement, site test documentation)
* Develop O & M documentation – with input from project team as necessary
* Supervise full integrated system testing, CFAT, SAT and installation & calibration testing if required
* Undertake or manage observations, variation and reworks
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Previous technical experience in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control
* Previous experience of the Nuclear Industry
* Previous experience of supervising a team of Electrical/Instrument technicians
