Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Loughborough (flexible working available)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + bonus scheme (DOE)

The Role
Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy conveyancing team. You’ll handle a full, varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering:
* Freehold & leasehold transactions
* Unregistered conveyancing
* New build work
* Small-scale development work
You’ll be working on high-quality files within a supportive department, with scope to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling a busy caseload from start to finish
* Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and client care skills
